We are pleased to invite all our beloved parents to our annual Parents and Teachers Day which will be held as follows:

Date: 26^th June 2010 (Saturday)

Time: 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

(Refreshments will be provided)

We are eager to share your child’s development progress with you. We would also like to hear out any concerns that you may have so that we can further help to improve your child. As we believe every child is different.

Educational Visit To Planetarium + Bird Park

Come 21st April 2010, we will be organizing an educational trip to the National Planetarium and KL Bird Park. This trip will help to inspire our kids into space exploration and also allows our kids to experience first hand with many bird species available. Hurry! seats are limited!!

Implementation of 4-hour pre-school by the Education Ministry

Yes. You've read it right. The Education Ministry has instructed all pre-schools to teach a minimum of 4-hours daily, instead of the current 3 hours. State Education Department director Ibrahim Mohamad said the new policy was in line with the Education Ministry’s national pre-school curriculum standard. Hence, as a registered kindergarten, we have to adhere to the instruction.

After reading the news article, you may find the announcement rather brief. I'm sure many of you are caught unaware of this new ruling. We have attended the briefing given by the Education Ministry on the 4th Dec 2009 and the reason given is that "more time needed to be spent on teaching English".

We will not be implementing this change in January 2010 as this instruction came in very last minute when all arrangements, schedulings, fees payment has been done prior to the announcement. We will only be implementing this starting from April 2010, giving all parents and teachers an advance 3 months notice. There will be slight increase in school fees as we have to pay our teachers as well for the additional hours needed from them. An official notice will be given to every parents on this change.

We are open daily during the school holidays for your convenience.

Monday - Friday : 8.00am to 6.00pm

Saturdays : 8.00am to 1.00pm

Sundays & Public Holidays : 10.00am to 1.00pm
